Buongiorno,scrivo in riferimento a 2 prenotazioni da me effettuate con RyanAir mediante app n.WYP44L e n.EBLY2L in cui i passeggeri siamo io e 2 dei mie 3 figli (ANGELINI AMELIA E GREGORIO) per la n.WYP44L e mio filgio ANGELINI TOMMASO per la n.EBLY2L.Entrambi i voli di andata (FR739 del 2 agosto alle 6.05 da Bologna a Catania) e ritorno (FR3891 delle 23.10 da Catania a Bologna) sono stati dirottati sulla tratta Bologna - Trapani per l'andata e Trapani - Bologna per il ritorno. Il giorno 1 agosto alle 13.15 ho ricevuto SMS:Vi informiamo che domani il vostro volo per Catania atterrerà all'aeroporto di Trapani a causa di una chiusura dell'aeroporto causata da un incendio. Ryanair ha organizzato autobus che ti porteranno dall'aeroporto di Trapani a Catania.In effetti abbiamo usufruito di questo servizio di navetta.Per il ritorno invece, ho ricevuto vostro SMS in data 5 agosto (dopo l'orario di chiusura del vostro supporto telefonico) che riporto di seguito:A causa della chiusura dell'aeroporto di Catania causato dall'incendio avvenuto, Ryanair avvisa i gentili passeggeri che il proprio volo opererà dall'aeroporto di Trapani. Chiediamo ai passeggeri di pianificare il proprio viaggio verso Trapani e mandarci un reclamo con i costi del trasporto al seguente link onlineform.ryanair.com/it/it/eu-261 Ho contattato in data 6 agosto (durante una escursione sull'Etna già prenotata e pagata che non mi avrebbe consentito di raggiungere nè Trapani nè Palermo in tempo utile per prendere un volo serale) il supporto telefonico Ryanair per modificar il volo in modo da partire il giorno 7 agosto auspicabilmente da Catania (il terminal danneggiato dall'incendio del 15 luglio stava riprendendo a funzionare). L'operatrice con cui ho parlato, però, non mi ha potuto dare certezze sul ripristino dell'operatività dell'areoporto di Catania il giorno 7 e quindi, dovendo recarmi a Trapani con i miei mezzi, ho preferito fare la scelta sicura e partire da Palermo (unico altro aereoporto della Sicilia dove avrei potuto riconsegnare l'auto noleggiata a Catania con Centauro che ha una sede anche a Palermo ma non a Trapani) il giorno 7 agosto. A causa di questo, ho dovuto sostenere le seguenti spese:- 139 euro di autonoleggio (59 per estensione del periodo + 80 di penale per restituzione in aereoporto diverso da quello di ritiro che era Catania).Nel form online indicato non è prevista l'opzione volo dirottato ma solo volo cancellato o volo in ritardo. Provando con entrambe le opzioni possibili e inserendo il numero di prenotazione e di volo ottengo un errore perchè il mio volo non risulta aver subito cancellazioni o ritardo (ed in effetti è stato dirottato non cancellato).Ieri ho contattato nuovamente il supporto telefonico Ryanair e mi è stata indicato un altro modulo da compilare per richiedere il rimborso. L'ho fatto aprendo la segnalazione di reclamo n.Ref: 38699965/WY44PL. La risposta ricevuta però mi rimanda alla compilazione del form indicato nell'SMS (che fa riferimento al regolamento 261) e che continua a darmi errore!Come devo fare per ottenere ALMENO il rimborso che mi era stato garantito delle spese di trasporto (avendo comunque dovuto provvedere autonomamente al pagamento di un altro pernottamento in Sicilia e ulteriori pasti).GrazieLavinia Cavallini
