Mancato rimborso taxi

Buonasera,in data 8/12/2022 mio marito ed io abbiamo preso volo Ryanair FR5108 da Milano (Bergamo) a Lourdes delle 19.40 con arrivo previsto alle 21.20. Il volo parte in ritardo e poco prima dell'atterraggio rimaniamo su Lourdes per almeno mezz'ora a causa della fitta nebbia. Dopo un'altra decina di minuti il pilota annuncia che è impossibile atterrare e che atterreremo a Tolosa. Prima di scendere dall'aereo gli stewards comunicano che sarà organizzato un transfer con autobus per Lourdes appena scesi a terra. Nel frattempo arriva anche un sms da Ryanair che comunica: Poiche il tuo volo FR5108 e stato deviato a causa delle condizioni meteorologiche, stiamo organizzando il trasporto per portarti alla tua destinazione originale. Il nostro personale di terra vi fornira ulteriori istruzioni sul luogo e l'orario di partenza.Quindi tutti ci sentiamo rassicurati che riusciremo ad arrivare a Lourdes. Poco dopo sempre lo steward ci avverte che non sono riusciti a trovare un transfer e quindi dobbiamo prendere un taxi, farci dare la ricevuta e Ryanair ci avrebbe rimborsato. Abbiamo preso (non senza fatica) il taxi che ci porta a destinazione dopo un viaggio di 2 ore e sborsiamo 304,66€.Tornata in Italia, procediamo con la richiesta di rimborso e ieri ci arriva risposta da Ryanair che per la EU261 non ci spetta nessun rimborso perché la causa dell'atterraggio in un'altra città è stata il maltempo.Ho provveduto a rispondere alla mail ma non sono sicura che riceverò alcun riscontro.Chiediamo per favore una risposta perché questo reclamo non è per l'essere atterrati a Tolosa, ma perché non ci è stato offerto nè un transfer e nè un alloggio.Grazie
