mancato rimborso

Dopo aver pagato 583,50 euro il 18 giugno , mi arriva la vostra non disponibilità in data 21.07.24 con scritto che mi avreste rimborsato. ho ricevuto solo un rimborso parziale di 72,27 euro il 16 agosto. allego documenti comprovanti.. ho già scritto innumerevoli volte nel formulario di carjet ma non ricevo mai risposte sensate

Scusate, ma io non so chi sia Movis Car Rental, io ho pagato a voi le 583,50 euro per il noleggio, vedi email del 240616 allegata ed il movimento in bank.jpg ed in data voi mi avete detto con email del 240721 che non avevate disponibilità ed ho ricevuto un rimborso di euro 72,27. non ho mai parlato e scritto con Movies car rental. io conosco solo carjet. Sorry, but I don't know who Movis Car Rental is, I paid you the 583.50 euros for the rental, see attached email dated 240616 and the movement in bank.jpg and on the date you told me with email dated 240721 that you didn't have availability and I received a refund of €72.27. I have never spoken and written with Movies car rental. I only know carjet.

You received an email stating that the booking was not available for booking number 76579058 made on 21/07/23 with WHEEGO RENT A CAR, and the corresponding amount was successfully refunded to you. On 16/06/24, you made a booking with MOVIS RENT A CAR, which was confirmed. You did not receive any communication from us indicating that this booking was canceled. There is nothing informing you that there were no cars for your booking made in 2024. Ora ho visto che sono due numeri di prenotazione diversi.. ma io ho fatto solo una prenotazione non due prenotazioni con carjet... la 76579058 non e' mai stata fatta da me... ho fatto una sola prenotazione in data 16.06.2024 e vedendo in data 21.07.2023 la vostra email che dice senza disponibilità ho pensato fosse la stessa... dimostratemi di avere reso i soldi della prenotazione 76579058... io ho solo una uscita in data 18 giugno di 583,50 euro ed un rimborso di 72,27 euro in data 16 agosto non vedo altri movimenti bancari... comunque passo la pratica agli avvocati di altroconsumo e vedranno loro cosa possiamo fare. faccio almento 2-3 viaggi all'anno e sempre con auto a noleggio.... mai piu' carjet... visto che non ho usufruito del servizio vi propongo di riconoscermi un bonus di 500 euro da poter utilizzare nel mio prossimo viaggio diversamente passo la pratica agli avvocati.. sono stufo di scrivere..
