Mancato rimborso

Spett. RyanairHo prenotato due voli con prenotazione DF4VPC da Milano a Catania, andata e ritorno, con la Vostra compagnia. Entrambi i voli sono stati dirottati il giorno prima del volo stesso a Trapani a causa delle note difficoltà all'aeroporto di Catania. Sono stata da voi contattata, per accettare il nuovo volo o richiedere rimborso. Ho compilato la richiesta di rimborso il 24 luglio. Dopo varie chiamate mi è stato confermato che la pratica era regolare per entrambi i passeggeri ma che per qualche motivo la sua gestione era in ritardo. Il rimborso sarebbe dovuto avvenire, a detta del servizio clienti, entro una settimana. Alla terza chiamata mi è stato detto che sarei stata contattata in giornata direttamente da un responsabile dei rimborsi ma ciò non è avvenuto. Nello stesso periodo ho acquistato un volo alitalia, anche da loro mi è stata data la possibilità di chiedere rimborso, che è regolarmente arrivato in un paio di giorni. Non comprendo quindi la situazione. Vi chiedo cortesemente di verificare e dare quantomeno una tempistica precisa. UE n.261/04 inoltre, poiché tali orari non si adattano più alle mie esigenze, vi comunico la rinuncia al volo richiedendo contestualmente il rimborso del prezzo del biglietto pari ad [€] Vi invito a corrispondermi quanto prima tale somma tramite riaccredito sul mezzo di pagamento utilizzato per la prenotazione.
