Thank you for your follow-up through this channel.
We have thoroughly reviewed your case and our position has not changed. Before completing your booking, the conditions were clearly presented and had to be actively accepted. Among these, it was explicitly stated that cards issued by virtual or online banks and digital payment cards are not accepted by this supplier.
These are not hidden clauses — they are part of the terms you agreed to before payment was processed. The fact that a different supplier may have accepted your card on the same day does not affect the conditions of this specific booking, as requirements vary between suppliers.
We understand you disagree with our conclusion, however having reviewed all aspects of this case we are not in a position to issue a refund unfortunately.
