Modifica orario riconsegna auto

Nella serata del 16/6/25 ho prenotato un'auto per il mio soggiorno in Portogallo dall'1/8 al 10/8. Appena ho ricevuto la conferma della prenotazione mi sono resa conto di non aver modificato l'orario di riconsegna che automaticamente era stato valorizzato alle ore 10.30. Ho provato immediatamente a chiedere di cancellare o modificare la prenotazione ma mi hanno subito detto che essendo una prenotazione speciale non era possibile. Capisco la politica ma essendomi accorta immediatamente dell'errore immagino che ci sia anche in questo caso la possibilità di recesso. Tra l'altro io avrei voluto solo prolungare fino alle 18.00 (pagando la relativa differenza) ma anche questa possibilità mi è stata negata. Possibile che non si possa fare nulla???

I understand the policy, but my request for a change was almost immediate. The non-refundable offers were together with the free cancellation ones and I didn't notice. I don't think making a change of a few hours is that difficult and I imagine that the time for a change of mind also applies to online purchases. By the way, the same offer is still there for the same car....
