Good morning,
Your flight landed after the scheduled collection time, and unfortunately, the rental company cannot wait for customers arriving after the office has closed. Specially if you haven't requested any out of hours collection.
You were expected to be at the office shortly before 23:30, as that was your selected collection time. However, your flight landed at 23:32, making it impossible for you to reach the rental desk on time.
Additionally, we can see that this was the originally scheduled arrival time of your flight, meaning there was no delay.
It then appears the booking was made incorrectly, as it is not advisable to set the vehicle collection time to match your flight’s landing time, especially when the office closes at that exact hour. It is important to allow sufficient time to reach the desk before closing.
To obtain a refund of a prepaid booking you must cancel it before the start of your rental using the links contained in the voucher or through the My Booking section of our website. So no refund proceed now unfortunately.
