Good morning,
We are very sorry that you could not collect the car.
In this case, the booking was confirmed for 08:00 on the 2nd of July and the hire company had the vehicle ready at the agreed time.
Unfortunately, once the collection time has passed, we can no longer guarantee that the company will be able to deliver the rented car.
This is a special offer and therefore non-refundable. It is not possible to cancel or modify this booking. No refund will be given if you do not collect the vehicle.
In light of this situation, we recommend that you contact the airline to try and find a satisfactory solution.
