Thank you for your patience.
We have reviewed your case with the car hire company, and they confirmed that it was not possible to deliver the vehicle because the ID and passport presented at the desk were expired, which does not meet the rental requirements stated in the terms and conditions.
As the supplier had the vehicle available and ready at the confirmed time but the required documentation was not provided, and the booking was not cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy, a refund is unfortunately not possible.
