Riporto testo mia pec inviata senza risposta Buonasera, con comunicazione del 28.11.2025 , cfr 1* alleg, AU mi informa che dal 1.12.2025 la mia utenza sarà di pertinenza di Enel Energia, Argos mi invia fattura con cxonsumi di gennaio 2026 ( cfr 2* alleg), credo che ciò sia scorretto oltre che non dovuto, faccio inoltre notare che mi ha fatturato ed io ho regolarmente pagato con fattura al 30.11 consumi da me non effettuati ( fatturano lettura stimata al 30.11 2.718 si cfr alleg 3*) mentre il consumo reale al 31.12 , come da Argos stessa scritto si cfr bolletta al 31.01.2026,era 2.640,dunque ritengo che non solo non sia nulla dovuto in relazione a fattura al 31.01.2026 ed in scadenza il 05.02.2026, ma che anzi , io abbia un credito di consumi non effettuati pari a mc 78 ( 2.718-2.640), metto ovviamente in copia conoscenza l'autorità garante competente, inoltre provvederò ad interessare della cosa, in mancanza di vs sollecito riscontro soddisfacente ad interessare ufficio legale dell'associazione Altroconsumo di cui sono socio da anni.
