Il 12/03/2025 dovevo ricevere un pacco che risultava in consegna dicono che non ero a casa invece c'ero non ho ricevuto ne chiamate e neanche ha squillato il citofono ed il portiere era presente dicono che il pacco è stato consegnato ma ho chiesto al portiere è non risulta essere stato consegnato , sono entrato nel mio profilo DHL che non mi riporrta nessun ritiro da effettuare, vorrei sapere a chi hanno consegnato il pacco o dove poterlo ritirare o se lo possono rimettere in consegna il pacco ha un valore di 16,50 euro quindi o mi rifanno consegnare il pacco o mi riadebbitano i 16,50 euro o dovrò fare storie con il venditore per riavere i soldi del pagamento che però a lui risulta essere consegnato di seguito inserisco il tracking:
