Pacco fermo

Buongiorno, mi è stato spedito un pacco l'11 gennaio, il 2 febbraio dopo aver richiesto gli estremi della spedizione ho scoperto che il pacco era fermo a Cincinnati dal 16 gennaio, ho richiesto al mittente dei documenti mancanti come suggeritomi da dhl ed il pacco è ripartito, ho inviato prontamente i documenti richiesto per sdoganare la merce il 3 febbraio ma il pacco è di nuovo fermo da quel giorno e poco fa il servizio clienti mi ha comunicato che non si trova nemmeno in Italia. La consegna secondo la loro applicazione sarebbe dovuta essere il 15 gennaio e dopo un mese non è nemmeno arrivata in Italia.

Il pacco ad oggi risulta smarrito, lascer&#242 il tempo per effettuare ulteriori verifiche questa settimana poi proceder&#242 con una richiesta di risarcimento.
