Hello, I hope this message finds you well. I am a very angry customer who has ordered a personal computer and PAID FOR IT ONLINE and who is still waiting from the 2nd of december without any notice from your side. The status has been "in pogress" without any real progress for 8 days until I called yesterday a customer service agent and after 2 days I find that it is just "shipped" to the post in the status of the order on my profile. When I ordered I clearly indicated my house address and I do not want to go pick the product from the poste-italiana. I will also be flying to another country in 2 days and I will not be able to take the product if you send it after that day, so how will I pick it up if none will be at my home ? Apat from that it is a personal laptop and a lot of work is linked to it. May I understand the cause of all this delay, without any notice or phone call from your side ? This is a product of 600 euros, already paid, so it is really important.
