Spett. Pdf Leader, in data 28/02/2026 ho aderito alla proposta di Pdf Leader per la trasformazione di un Pdf concordando un corrispettivo pari a 0,95 € per usufruire una sola volta del servizio. (Pagamento E-Commerce) In data 03/03/2026 mi hanno addebitato un abbonamento NON RICHIESTO di 29,95 €. Ho già richiesto l'annullamento immediato del contratto e rimborso di quanto addebitatomi in maniera fraudolenta. L'annullamento, sul loro sito non è previsto/non è abilitato. Perchè truffare così i consumatori? Perchè continuano ad operare in barba alle più banali norme di buona fede?

Ho chiesto il rimborso della quota da voi trattenuta. Come del resto previsto dalle vs. clausole contrattuali. Ad oggi a distanza di 3 mesi, ripeto 3 mesi, nulla e poi nulla mi avete rimborsato. Le pseuso società come le vostre sono ben conosciute per utilizzare metodi che carpiscono la buona fede dei consumatori. Il tutto senza una seria tutela da parte delle ns. istituzioni che continuano, nel silenzio, a farvi operare. Aspetto il rimborso..................
