Prenotazione DYI-187734779. Auto non disponibile

Noleggiata dal 5 settembre al 14 settembre con ritiro e consegna alle ore 20.00 sul sito doyouitaly con prelievo dell'auto all'aeroporto di fiumicino dal autonoleggio RENTALPREMIUM. Mi reco venerdì 5 settembre alle 19.00 all'indirizzo del noleggiatore per il ritiro, ma era chiuso. Chiamo al numero di RENTALPREMIUM e mi rispondono che non hanno più auto disponibili a causa di un overbooking fatto da doyouitaly. Mi dicono di rivolgermi al numero di doyouitaly per avere indicazioni. Il numero è a pagamento perché in Spagna. E dopo 10 minuti di attesa mi scarica il credito del cellulare. Risultato: niente auto, ma riesco ad annullare la prenotazione dal sito con la conferma via email. Ad oggi sto dopo 11 giorni sto ancora aspettando la restituzione dei soldi del pagamento parziale di 72.74 €

Buongiorno Sono passati 2 mesi e mezzo e ancora non ho ricevuto il rimborso della caparra. Se non ricevo i miei soldi mi vedo costretto ad agire per le vie legali. Saluti
