Prenotazione inesistente

Buongiorno, ho prenotato il volo di andata e ritorno e in entrambi i casi non mi é stato possibile fare il check in. Arrivati in aeroporto nemmeno chi di competenza é riuscito a risolvere la situazione e abbiamo dovuto pagare nuovamente i biglietti di andata per euro 716,22, per quanto riguarda il ritorno euro 214,98 più alloggio per dormire 204,55 euro, non calcolo il vitto perchè ancora non so quanto ci costerà, questo nonostante avessi già pagato i biglietti da VolaGratis tramite welfare aziendale DoubleYou Srl, per un ammontare di 545 euro!! Spero per voi di essere risarcito di ogni singolo centesimo, tralasciando i danni morali, il disagio creato, il tempo perso e la mia compagnia che piange di continuo! Per un totale di euro 1.680,75 !!
