To whom it may concern, I'm writing to you because on 5/09/2023 I requested a flight change from flight A to flight B (I had selected the flexible option when I bought the first one so there were no changing fees). The operator who called me told me that I had to pay 43.40 euros because of the differences between the prices of the flights, which I did. However, at the same time, I checked the prince of flight B on eDreams' website and there was almost no difference between what I had paid when I bought the first flight (flight A = 91.66 euros) and the flight I wanted to change it with (flight B = which cost 98.84 euros). Therefore I request a refund of the 43.40 euros I paid to change flight as I feel scammed and will proceed with legal options should the rembourse be denied. Before answering me, please understand that:- I checked the cost of flight B while on the phone with the operator (and told him as such), NOT at a different time- my luggage was included in the price I saw on eDreams's website- the were no additional fees as I had bought the flexible option- the call was recorded per what the operator said so you can check it yourself to see what was said. DO NOT contact me saying the difference was because of differing timing, my luggage, or changing fees because that would be incorrect as I indicated above and it would waste both of our time.
