Buongiorno, ho ricevuto qualche giorno fa una lettera da parte dall'AU (ACQUIRENTE UNICO) dove veniva specificato che ARGOS S.R.L. cessava di essere il mio fornitore di GAS dal 01/12/2025 e il mio fornitore di ultima istanza diventava ENEL ENERGIA SPA, pertanto da tale data ARGOS SRL non può più effettuare la fornitura di gas. Ieri ho ricevuto da parte di Argos una bolletta relativa come periodo di fatturazione 01 Dicembre-31 Dicembre. Avendo il RID già mi è stato prelevato l'importo di 296 euro, oltretutto errato perché mi hanno addebitato quasi 200 smc in più del dovuto. Anche la bolletta precedente che mi hanno fatturato è errata per cui necessito di un rimborso anche di una quota parte del periodo che va dal 01 Ottobre al 30 Novembre. Ricapitolando: Chiedo il rimborso totale di euro 296 relativo alla Fattura numero 20260000006551 e il rimborso di una quota parte per stima consumi errata (mi è stato imputato 151.58 smc alla data del 30/11/2025 con lettura stimata di 988 smc, invece ho consumato al 05/12/2025 939 smc.) relativo alla fattura numero 20250001482480 di euro 205.
