According to our records, a virtual card was presented at the rental desk. Please note that, according to the terms and conditions of the rental company, virtual cards are not accepted for vehicle collection.
We would also like to remind you that these terms and conditions are clearly displayed on our website before completing the reservation. During the booking process, it is necessary to confirm that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions in order to proceed. Additionally, once the reservation is confirmed, a voucher is sent including a reminder of these conditions:
Furthermore, the booking was made under a special non-refundable rate, which means that cancellations or situations where the vehicle cannot be collected are not eligible for a refund.
For these reasons, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund in this case. We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may cause.
