Ho noleggiato e pagato una vettura, non mi hanno mai dato il veicolo perchè la mia carta di credito era Virtuale. Al telefono mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero rimborsato almeno l'assicurazione €96 ma nessuno risponde alle mail che sono solo dei chatbot. Servizio clienti pessimo, non rispondono alle mail help e support. Attendo il rimborso dell'assicurazione o di essere contattata.

For most offers on our website, the cancellation policy is very flexible and allows free cancellation up until the pick-up time indicated on your rental voucher. As long as the booking is cancelled before that time, a full refund can be issued. The cancellation policy is shown in the terms and conditions before completing the booking and is also available on your rental voucher. Please note that bookings can be cancelled or modified at any time through the link on your voucher or via the “My Booking” section of our website. As we did not receive any cancellation request before the scheduled pick-up time, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer a refund in this case. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
