Hello I have two IKEA gift cards (10€ each) released by Merit incentives. In the attachment you can see them. The text is in Italian and the cards should be usable in Italy (terms and conditions, item 1), but the cards result not valid in the IKEA store in Italy. Could you tell me what I can do with these cards? I have tried to contact you several times, but the problem has not been resolved. At this point I request to have two Ikea gift cards valid in stores in Italy. Failing this, I reserve the right to request the termination of the contract for non-fulfilment and the payment of the compensation due pursuant to Resolution no. 73/11/Cons of the Communications Regulatory Authority
