I am filing a formal complaint regarding an order for a Garmin Forerunner 55, purchased through the official Garmin store on Amazon.it for approximately €119.
When I collected the package from the Amazon Locker, I found a water filter instead of the Garmin watch. I immediately contacted Amazon, provided photos as evidence, and followed Amazon’s instructions to return the incorrect item. I printed the return label provided by Amazon and shipped the package through Poste Italiane.
Amazon subsequently informed me that the refund had been issued, but the refund was later denied by the specialist team. My Amazon account was also suspended/closed because the returned item was not the Garmin — even though **I was the customer who received the wrong product in the first place**.
I received an email on September 6 stating that my account had been temporarily restored. I have submitted the requested appeal **three times**, and more than 72 hours have now passed without a response or resolution.
I am therefore requesting:
* A full refund of the €119 paid;
* Restoration of my Amazon account;
* Confirmation that my returned package was received;
* A clear written explanation and final resolution of this matter.
I have evidence of the order, the incorrect product received, my communications with Amazon, and the return shipment.
I expect Amazon to resolve this matter promptly, as I should not be left without the product I purchased **and without my money**, due to an error that was not caused by me.
