Bom dia. No dia 06/02 Comprei uma jaqueta de couro preta feita na Itália. Contudo, ontem recebi uma jaqueta preta de poliester feita na China, conforme fotos em anexo. Entrei em contato com a empresa via email, mas me informaram que não fazem troca e nem aceitam devolução. Insisti no email algumas vezes, mas a resposta foi sempre a mesma. Pleiteio, pois, o reembolso da quantia de 79 euros, incompatível com um produto chinês que é imitação de couro. Desde já agradeço

Good morning. On February 6th, I purchased a leather jacket made in Italy, size S. However, I received a polyester jacket manufactured in China, as shown in the attached photos. I do not wish to have the product replaced, as it is clear that the company does not use leather and instead imports low-quality Chinese products for resale. I would like to request a refund, please. My request is to return the product and receive a full refund, since, as I have already stated, I did not purchase a polyester jacket made in China. I purchased a leather jacket made in Italy, as described on the company’s website. Therefore, the refund would not be a gesture of goodwill, but rather an obligation, given that a product different from the one purchased was delivered to me. I look forward to a prompt resolution. As I've explained many times, my request is receiving a full refund, since, as I have already stated, I did not purchase a polyester jacket made in China. I purchased a leather jacket made in Italy, as described on the company’s website. Therefore, the refund would not be a gesture of goodwill, but rather an obligation, given that a product different from the one purchased was delivered to me. Good morning, I formally reiterate my request to return the product and receive a full refund. The item delivered is clearly not the one purchased. I ordered a leather jacket made in Italy, as advertised on your website, but received a polyester jacket manufactured in China. This constitutes a clear case of non-conformity and misleading commercial practice under EU consumer law. According to Directive (EU) 2019/771 and Directive 2005/29/EC on unfair commercial practices, I am entitled to a full refund, and not a partial reimbursement or replacement. Therefore, I request confirmation within 5 days of: the return procedure at your expense, and the full refund of the amount paid. Failing this, I will proceed with a formal complaint through the European Consumer Centre and initiate a chargeback procedure with my payment provider. I look forward to your prompt resolution.
