Our subscriptions may be initiated through Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal, each of which requires user authentication—such as Face ID, biometrics, or login credentials—depending on the device and payment method used.
In order to assist further, we kindly request the following information, based on the user's selected payment method:
• For Apple device users:
If the subscription was made using Apple Pay, please provide the Apple Pay Device Account Number. This can be found by:
Opening the Apple Wallet
Selecting the card used for the transaction
Tapping the three dots in the top-right corner
Two numbers will be displayed: the physical card number (e.g., ••••1234) and the Apple Pay number (e.g., ••••5678). Please provide the Apple Pay number.
• For Android users:
If the subscription was made via Google Pay, kindly provide the last four digits of the card used.
• For PayPal users:
If the payment was processed through PayPal, please provide the email address associated with the user's PayPal account.
