Buon giorno sono cliente Argos. Segnalo che l azienda in questione mi ha inviato una fattura di credito ( datata 05.01.2026) di euro 394.00 Non si riesce a contattare l azienda. Ci sono centinaia di telefonate in coda. Preciso che le fatture precedenti sono tutte regolarmente saldate. Ieri 19.01.2026 ho ricevuto una lettera via posta da parte di Enel Energia dove dichiara l attivazione del servizio di FUI a seguito della cessazione del mio contratto in essere con appuntamento ditta Argos nel mese di dicembre 2025. Preciso che Argos non mi ha mai comunicato nulla a riguardo. Questi passaggi di forniture non autorizzati sono illegali. Io non ho firmato nulla a riguardo e pertanto disconosco la firma. Passaggio non autorizzato SWITCHING. Ho contattato Enel energia la quale mi dice che riceverò una fattura da parte loro per lo stesso periodo in cui ho già pagato la fornitura ad Argos ( mese dicembre 2025). Non è legale senza la mia autorizzazione passare i contratti da un fornitore all altro senza avvisare e soprattutto senza la mia autorizzazione. Pertanto ho il diritto, come cliente Argos , oltre eventualmente ad altre spese che in questo momento non conosco, al pagamento della fattura di credito pari ad euro 394.00 tramite bonifico bancario in quanto ho bloccato il pagamento RID . La ditta Argos ha i miei riferimenti bancari. Attendo con urgenza e sollecitudine un riscontro in merito. Cordiali saluti L. B.
