I am writing to formally report a delay and lack of communication regarding my MSI laptop (Model: 16HXD2XWGKG087IT), which was handed over to the Unieuro store in Pavia on April 13, 2026 (Repair Sheet: 26/67634).
This is the third time the device has been returned for the same hardware issue. I have already been in contact with MSI Italy (Ticket 1329493), and they have confirmed that a replacement is the appropriate course of action. However, when I visited the store, I was informed that there were no updates available in the system, and my attempts to contact the central customer service via email resulted in delivery failures.
As I am a researcher and I will be leaving Italy permanently on May 15, 2026, it is crucial for me to resolve this matter before my departure. I have always trusted Unieuro for my professional equipment, and I am simply seeking a clear update or the execution of the replacement as authorized by the manufacturer.
I kindly request your intervention to coordinate with the Pavia branch and MSI to ensure the replacement unit or a refund is processed by May 11, 2026.
