Buongiorno,in data 27/07/2023 avevo già provveduto ad inoltrare richiesta di rimborso per il volo BGY/Napoli del 14/07/2023 causa malattia grave del passeggero (sottoscritta Elisa Gherardi), che mi è stata negata in quanto purtroppo nella confusione, avevo allegato il verbale del Pronto Soccorso sbagliato (era un vecchio documento del 2022), che nulla ha a che vedere con il verbale del Pronto Soccorso del 09/07/2023 della mia frattura che ha causato la mia impossibilità di viaggiare sul volo di andata della mia prenotazione NJLDND.Io e la passeggera Martina Macchi il 14/07/2023 abbiamo infatti raggiunto Napoli in treno (invece del volo Ryanair da noi originariamente prenotato) al fine di rispettare la mia prescrizione medica di NON viaggiare IN AEREO per 7gg dopo la mia frattura.Il dottore mi ha infatti autorizzata a raggiungere Napoli via treno (allego biglietto del treno da noi acquistato dopo l'incidente).Il dottore mi ha anche autorizzata a viaggiare sul volo di ritorno del 16/07/2023.Abbiamo quindi perso il volo di andata.Allego il verbale corretto del Pronto Soccorso, e vi chiedo di riesaminare la mia richiesta di rimborso per MALATTIA GRAVE DEL PASSEGGERO, da applicarsi solo sul volo di andata BGY/Napoli per entrambe le passeggere: ELISA GHERARDI e MARTINA MACCHI:RICHIESTA DI RIMBORSO PER MALATTIA GRAVE PASSEGGERO:- Volo BGY/Naples 14/07 (2 passeggeri): Eur 72,64- Bagaglio 10kg (1 passeggero): Eur 35,00TOTALE RIMBORSO: Eur 107,64In allegato invio le ricevute delle spese per le quali si chiede il rimborso.In attesa di un vostro gentile riscontro e certi della vostra attenzione, vi ringrazio anticipatamente e porgo cordiali saluti,Elisa Gherardi
