Thank you for contacting us.
For the majority of offers on our website, the cancellation policy is very flexible and allows free cancellations right up until the collection time on your voucher. As long as you cancel before then, we can offer a full refund.
You can see the cancellation policy for each offer in the conditions before booking and again on your rental voucher.
Please note that you can cancel 24h a day using the link on your rental voucher or via the ‘My Booking’ section of our website.
As we didn’t receive a cancellation request from you according to the policy, we aren’t able to offer a refund on this occasion.
We would like to apologise for any inconveniences this may cause.
