Segnalazione 12582994 Altroconsumo Con riferimento al pacchetto in oggetto del 17+18 gennaio 2025, a seguito di acquisto copertura assicurativa basic che, come da portale www.flykube.com indica copertura su cancellazione viaggio ed a seguito cancellazione del volo di andata per guasto aeromobile e dell'impossibilità di fruire di volo lo stesso giorno con conseguente perdita del soggiorno hotel e del volo di rientro del giorno successivo, richiediamo il refund completo del prezzo pagato per i seguenti motivi: 1) Impossibilità di usufruire della vacanza acquistata a seguito cancellazione volo andata; 2) Copertura assicurativa internationale basic non chiara nelle coperture previste al momento dell'acquisto, indicando "cancellazioni" sia nel flyer che accedendo a sezione "+info". Importo dovuto: EUR 236,26 (296,24 - refund volo andata ricevuto 59,98) + spese In mancanza di vostro riscontro, ci troveremo costretti a tutelare i nostri interessi nelle sedi più opportune.
