Buen día! tenía una reservación con la empresa Noleggiare para el día 07 de junio, pero los planes cambiaron y llegamos un día antes, al intentar recoger antes la unidad, me comentaron que no tenían disponibilidad para el día 06-jun, por lo cual, se procedió a realizar la cancelación, ya que en otro Rental car si tenían disponibilidad, me informaron que mandara un correo a costumer service solicitando la cancelación y el reembolso de mi dinero, pero es fecha que no me han contestado el correo, y por teléfono tampoco me contestan, ahora me preocupa que no me quieran hacer el reembolso, es una ESTAFA total este rental car....

Dear customer,as already confirmed via email, unfortunatelyit is not possible to proceed with the refund.As stated in art. 2 of our rental conditions states: Bookings made on the Rental Company’s website (www.noleggiare.it), which use the special rate with the “Pay now” payment method require full payment of the entire rental cost on the payment card specified by the Customer at the time of the booking. Sums paid online for rentals will not be reimbursable in the event of booking cancellations being made less than 48 hours prior to the agreed collection time, or in the case of a booking with collection time in the 48 hours following the request, or in the event of a “no show” (failure by the Customer to collect a vehicle at the agreed pick-up date/time), or in the event of access requirements for rental not being satisfied.Best regards,CUSTOMER SERVICE NOLEGGIARE+39199201954noleggiare.it
