salve, avevo prenotato il volo di andata e ritorno con la partenza 14/08/23 da Catania 11:00-Roma 12:25, n. volo FR4857, , il ritorno 16/08/23 da Roma 17:10- catania 18:30 n. volo FR4872.codice di prenotazione VG82JPpasseggeri: weie chengenli zhouil volo di andata era stato cancellato per l'eruzione di Etna, di conseguenza non ero partito, quindi neanche potevo prendere il volo di ritorno.ryanair non mi risponde al reclamo di rimborso, inviato il 17/8/23 alle 9:24ryanair non mi ha permesso di rimborsare il volo di ritorno, ma solo la tratta di andata, motivo per cui non ho inviato ancora la richiesta di rimborso dal sito. 126.60 EUR è la somma totale che avevo pagato, 73,41 EUR è la somma che Ryanair è disposto a rimborsarmi, quindi vorrei solo che il resto sia rimborsato.
