Buongiorno, in data 21/12 /2024 ho effettuato sul sito web di FlyGo la prenotazione di biglietti Ryanair da Bologna a Berlino utilizzando la mail girag@live.it , l'andata per il 27/12/2024 e il ritorno per il 31/12/2024. Per entrambi e' stata subito addebitata la carta di credito di cui allego l'addebito definitivo per :
€ 782,13 andata, € 333,95 ritorno. Per nessuno dei 2 voli ho ricevuto da FlyGo nessun biglietto, né risultavano nel sito web di Ryanair. Per uno dei due voli mi è pervenuta una email, che allego, che mi informava che la prenotazione era fallita e che mi avrebbero rimborsato tramite banca.
Da allora, ho effettuato molti tentativi di contatto con FlyGo ma al telefono n. 02 9475 1714 non mai stato possibile parlare anche dopo 1 ora di attesa, lo stesso dicasi per le varie email che non hanno avuto alcuna risposta.
Prima di procedere con la denuncia alla Polizia di Stato e avviare una pratica di rimborso con un'associazione di consumatori, vi chiedo di provvedere al rimborso per complessivi € 1.116,08

Good morning, on 21/12/2024 I booked Ryanair tickets from Bologna to Berlin on the FlyGo website using the email girag@live.it, the outbound flight for 27/12/2024 and the return flight for 31/12/2024. For both flights, my credit card was immediately charged and I attach the final charge for: €782.13 outbound, €333.95 return. For neither of the 2 flights did I receive any tickets from FlyGo, nor were they listed on the Ryanair website. For one of the two flights I received an email, which I attach, informing me that the booking had failed and that they would refund me via bank. Since then, I have made many attempts to contact FlyGo but on phone no. 02 9475 1714 it was never possible to speak even after 1 hour of waiting, the same goes for the various emails that had no response. Before proceeding with the complaint to the State Police and starting a refund procedure with a consumer association, I ask you to provide a refund for a total of € 1,116.08 Giulia Ragazzoni
