Richiesta di risarcimento per malfunzionamento del sistema di intrattenimento a bordo – Volo LH501

Alla cortese attenzione del Servizio Clienti Lufthansa, Mi rivolgo a voi in merito al volo LH501 operato da Lufthansa il 10 maggio 2025, con partenza da Rio de Janeiro (GIG) alle ore 15:25 e arrivo a Francoforte (FRA) alle ore 06:40 del giorno successivo. Durante l'intero volo, il mio schermo personale del sistema di intrattenimento a bordo non era funzionante, impedendomi di accedere ai servizi offerti agli altri passeggeri, come film, musica, giochi e altre funzionalità. Questo disservizio ha compromesso significativamente il comfort del viaggio, soprattutto considerando la durata del volo di oltre 11 ore. Desidero sottolineare che, secondo il Regolamento (CE) n. 261/2004 e la Convenzione di Montreal del 1999, i passeggeri hanno diritto a un trattamento equo e a un risarcimento adeguato in caso di disservizi che incidano sull'esperienza di viaggio. La giurisprudenza e le pratiche commerciali riconoscono l'importanza dei servizi accessori, come l'intrattenimento a bordo, soprattutto quando inclusi nel prezzo del biglietto. Pertanto, richiedo un risarcimento proporzionato al disagio subito. Allego a questa comunicazione una copia del mio biglietto aereo come prova del viaggio effettuato.
