In merito alla sua segnalazione, l’atelier bici ha confermato che la questione è attualmente in fase di risoluzione. Riceverà infatti le ruote in carbonio come inizialmente previsto oppure, in alternativa, un indennizzo adeguato.
È previsto un aggiornamento entro la prossima settimana.
Comprendo pienamente il disagio che questa situazione può averle causato e le assicuro che, non appena avrò ricevuto informazioni definitive, la ricontatterò tempestivamente per fornirle tutti i dettagli necessari.
