In data 8/8/2025 ho ricevuta una vs fattura n. 20250001059818 relativa ad utenza gas nella quale risulta un rimborso a mio favore di 599,84 quale saldo a fine rapporto. Nonostante 3 telefonate al vs servizio clienti e l'apertura del ticket ZCJ-53080 in data 4/10/2025 sono ancora in attesa di ricevere quanto mi spetta.
