Richiesta rimborso volo dilottato

Buonasera, avevo effetuato una prenotazzione per conto dei miei suoceri e il volo è stato dilottato. Sono stato informato a meno di 24h della partenza via sms ma sense nessuna conferma mail che mi permetta di chiedere il rimborso. Ryanair nelle diverse chiamate che ho effetuato mi ha chiesto di aspettare la conferma mail, che non è mai arrivata, in modo di procedere con la richiesta del rimborso prima della partenza. vergognoso.
