RICHIESTA RIMBORSO

Spett. GOTOGATEIn data 29/09/2023 ho effettuato tramite voi la prenotazione n° MJCS36 da CTA a MIA per il giorno 03/03/2024 con la compagnia aerea ITA Airways (prenotazione n° 4HBQLO). In data 09/10/2023 mi avete comunicato la cancellazione del volo AZ1736, non dovuta a circostanze eccezionali e la sua sostituzione con il volo AZ1722. A tutt’oggi non ho ricevuto il rimborso di quanto pagato né ho avuto informazioni circa i tempi e le modalità per ottenere quanto mi spetta pur avendone fatta richiesta. Con la presente richiedo pertanto il rimborso integrale del prezzo biglietto, pari ad € 577,99. Vi invito a corrispondermi quanto prima tale somma tramite riaccredito sul mezzo di pagamento utilizzato per la prenotazione. In mancanza di un riscontro entro 15 giorni dal ricevimento della presente, mi riservo di adire le vie legali a tutela dei miei diritti. In fede, TOMASI SILVESTRO
