Oggi, 3 aprile 2026 alle ore 13.15, in Fiumicino, via Remo La Valle 30, al momento del ritiro dell'automobile prenotata presso USave, il noleggio mi è stato rifiutato in quanto non associato ad un volo aereo. Le condizioni generali di contratto con DoYouItaly mi sono state recapitate successivamente al pagamento e solo in quel momento ho avuto conoscenza del requisito. Inoltre, con la vostra stessa compagnia ho concluso un precedente noleggio con Record-go, terminato oggi senza criticità, in cui l'auto mi è stata consegnata senza alcuna richiesta di biglietto aereo. Preciso che vivo nelle vicinanze dell'aeroporto di Roma Fiumicino e pertanto ho semplicemente scelto il luogo del ritiro in base alla vicinanza geografica. Al riguardo devo osservare che se il biglietto aereo è un requisito necessario e imprescindibile, in mancanza dello stesso dovrebbe bloccarsi la procedura di noleggio o almeno attivare un warning, invece di farla concludere richiedendo all'utente una tariffa non rimborsabile. Inoltre, visionando le vostre FAQ, alla domanda "Perché è necessario comunicare il numero di volo?" viene risposto che "Comunicare il numero di volo è importante, perché consente alla compagnia di noleggio di monitorare il tuo volo, in caso di ritardi. In questo caso ti possono riservare l'auto per un'ora. Se il tuo volo è in ritardo, ti consigliamo di chiamare noi o direttamente la compagnia di noleggio, utilizzando i numeri di telefono indicati nel tuo voucher di noleggio. Se non conosci ancora il numero del tuo volo, puoi scrivere ‘TBA’ al momento della prenotazione e comunicarcelo in seguito. Se non arrivi in aereo, puoi scrivere ‘WALK IN’ al posto del numero di volo." Quindi è prevista la possibilità di NON indicare il numero senza incorrere in penali. Non avendo quindi potuto usufruire del noleggio, chiedo pertanto l'immediato riaccredito della somma di € 367,04.

When a booking is modified, the original reservation is cancelled and replaced with a new one. The amount already paid is applied toward the new booking. As rental prices are subject to change depending on availability and supplier rates at the time of modification, any difference in price must be paid in order to confirm the updated reservation when the new rate is higher. During the modification process, the updated price and all available alternatives were clearly shown before confirmation. If you had not agreed with the new amount, you could have stopped the modification process at that stage or contacted us so we could assist you in finding an alternative option. However, the modification was completed and confirmed with the updated price. After the modification was finalized, a new confirmation voucher was issued showing the updated booking details and the corresponding price. At that point, if you did not agree with the new conditions, you still had the option to cancel the reservation before the start of the rental and request a full refund, or to contact us so we could help you review other alternatives. As no cancellation or further modification was requested before pick-up, the reservation remained confirmed under the updated conditions. Since the modification was completed with your confirmation and acceptance of the updated price, and no cancellation was requested before the rental start time, we are unable to accept your request for reimbursement or compensation. They have confirmed that the vehicle could not be provided because the required flight ticket was not presented. After reviewing the terms and conditions of your booking, we can inform you that this information was available in the Requisiti del conducente section of your rental voucher. Please note that these same terms and conditions were accepted before the payment was made, and that they were available to check both on the website and in the rental voucher. According to the cancellation policy of your reservation, it is a special non refundable offer. Unfortunately, in this case, we cannot offer any refund.
