Buonasera, a seguito di prenotazione on line di un autoveicolo attraverso il broker Do You Italy, per l'importo di €. 112,03 comprensivo di polizza assicurativa, presso la compagnia U-SAVE, a scopo utilizzo lavoro, essendo un libero professionista ed avendo subito il furto della propria vettura i primi di gennaio, all'arrivo allo sportello per il ritiro mi sono stati richiesti i biglietti di imbarco aereo andata e ritorno per il periodo del noleggio 13/20 febbraio ore 13:30, in mancanza la compagnia U-SAVE non mi ha consegnato l'autovettura lasciandomi di fatti sprovvisto, ho proceduto ad una nuova prenotazione attraverso un'atro broker, Discovercars.com, ho provato ad annullare la prenotazione nelle apposite sezioni attraverso la mail di conferma di prenotazione inviatami da do you italy senza esito, in mancanza li ho contattati telefonicamente al numero verde 800972845, sono stati evasivi e scortesi a tal punto da interrompere la telefonata nonostante non avessi finito di esporre la problematica, dicendomi che non era previsto rimborso per la mia prenotazione, senza che nemmeno mi fosse chiesto il numero.

Il problema è stato in parte risolto con la restituzione della sola copertura della garanzia non fruita da parte del broker, mentre la società di noleggio USAVE ha trattenuto il costo del noleggio. Il numero telefonico indicato nel messaggio iniziale e un numero truffa e non di DoYouItaly, fate molta attenzione ai balordi del web che si insinuano nelle criticità delle società che non hanno contatti diretti telefonici, successivamente al reperimento sul web di tale numero impropiramente riconducibile a Doyouitaly, mi hanno ricontattato chiedendomi un importo di 400 € a mezzo di bonifico istantaneo, anche via mail.
