Rimborso per dirottamento partenza volo da Catania a Trapani

Buongiorno, In data 19 luglio 2023 ho avuto il volo Ryanair numero FR1086 da Catania a Bologna con partenza prevista alle ore 11:50, il quale ha subito una modifica di aeroporto di partenza da Catania a Trapani a causa del rogo verificatosi presso l’aeroporto di Catania. Vi contatto in merito al rimborso spese per il viaggio sostenuto a mie spese per raggiungere il nuovo aeroporto di Trapani. Durante la mia permanenza ho appreso che l’aeroporto di Catania aveva subito un incendio al suo interno con conseguente chiusura di numerosi gate ma che sarebbe tornato operativo il 19 luglio ciò venne confermato dagli operatori Ryanair che in caso di cambio programma mi sarebbe stato comunicato almeno 24h prima della partenza. Il 18 luglio, il giorno precedente al volo, sono venuta a conoscenza che la maggioranza dei voli Ryanair di Catania erano stati deviati sugli aeroporti di Palermo e Trapani. Successivamente, ho contattato telefonicamente l'assistenza clienti Ryanair per ottenere conferme sul volo. Il primo operatore mi disse che per avere informazioni corrette avrei dovuto aspettare almeno la mattina del giorno dopo, ovvero il giorno 19/07 che coincideva con la data del mio volo (ora qualcuno mi spieghi come in poche ore mi sarei potuta spostare da una parte all’altra della Sicilia con distanze di 300/400km siccome pernottavo tra la provincia di Siracusa e Catania). Poche ore dopo richiamai e un assistente mi disse che probabilmente il volo sarebbe partito da Trapani ma che bisognava attendere la ricezione di una mail ufficiale da parte di Ryanair. In prima serata, sull’app Ryanair mi è arrivata una notifica in cui risultava che l’aereo sarebbe partito da Trapani e non più da Catania. A questo punto ho contattato nuovamente l’assistenza chiedendo come potessi raggiungere il nuovo aeroporto di Trapani trovandomi in quel momento nella provincia di Catania, avendo precedentemente sentito via radio e letto sul portale di Aeroporto Catania che sarebbero stati disponibili mezzi pubblici gratis per raggiungere il nuovo aeroporto. L’operatore smentì quanto riportato sul portale dell’aeroporto di Catania e mi disse che avrei dovuto trovare una soluzione autonomamente, a mie spese, per raggiungere l’aeroporto a Trapani perché Ryanair non garantiva nulla ma suggeriva vivamente di raggiungere almeno l’aeroporto di Palermo per trovare soluzioni certe per l’aeroporto di Trapani. In aggiunta, mi è stato confermato che tutte le spese da me sostenute sarebbero state successivamente rimborsate da Ryanair (trasporti e pernottamento). La mail di conferma di cambio aeroporto arrivò meno di 20h prima del mio volo, non come venne garantito dagli operatori Ryanair. Non ero in possesso di una macchina a noleggio. Iniziai a cercare su internet eventuali bus e treni per raggiungere Trapani, ma non trovando nulla, l’unica soluzione rimase BlaBla car o una qualche persona con medesimo problema che pernottava nel mio albergo. (Ricordo che ormai era sera e le compagnie di noleggio auto erano chiuse, gli uffici delle aziende di trasporto pubblico anche.) L’unica soluzione che trovai fu chiedere un passaggio ad una famiglia diretta all’aeroporto di Palermo in tarda serata. Arrivata all’aeroporto di Palermo la mattina successiva (19/07), con centinaia di persone prese dal mio medesimo problema, i bus erano al completo (sold out) per arrivare in tempo all’aeroporto mentre i treni non garantivano di arrivare in orario, quindi l’unico modo rimase il taxi (unica maniera per raggiungere l’aeroporto in orario considerando traffico e code in aeroporto date anche manifestazioni pubbliche). Il prezzo che ho pagato per il taxi da Palermo aeroporto a Trapani aeroporto è stato di € 140. Vi ringrazio per il vostro chiaro e prezioso supporto. I did not receive a communication on 25/7/23 on that Ryanair reference so please let&#39s proceed to the rembursement with this claim. It is my right receive the overall amount of expenses, if there is a doubt about me i can give you all my personal ID data to check what I am saying, the reference you are referring It has been checked also with a legal company, it could be better for all to proceed in this way
