Rimborso spese da Ryanair per cambio aeroporto

Salve, con la presente è mio intendimento chiedere un rimborso per le spese sostenute e per il disagio causato dalla compagnia Ryanair in riferimento al volo di Ritorno Catania – Napoli delle ore 21.30 (Volo FR4319) del 29.07.2023 per il sottoscritto Amato Aniello e per mia moglie Baldi Rita (prenotazione unica). Nello specifico è accaduto che poche ore prima della partenza, è arrivato il seguente SMS di Ryanair “A causa della chiusura dell'aeroporto di Catania causato dall'incendio avvenuto domenica. Ryanair avvisa i gentili passeggeri che il proprio volo opererà dall'aeroporto di Trapani. Chiediamo ai passeggeri di pianificare il proprio viaggio verso Trapani e mandarci un reclamo con i costi del trasporto al seguente link onlineform.ryanair.com/it/it/eu-261”Che chiedeva espressamente di “spostarsi a Trapani” e chiedere il rimborso dei costi sostenuti.Ovviamente potrete immaginare il disagio, con forzata variazione itinerario di viaggio e annullo ultimo giorno di vacanza.Ho provato a seguire sia on-line che telefonicamente a chiedere il rimborso della spesa di trasferimento sostenuta (allegata ricevuta), ma senza alcun riscontro.Chiedo cortesemente di aiutarmi nel produrre reclamo nei confronti di Ryanair al fine di ottenere il rimborso delle spese sostenute per il trasporto al nuovo aeroporto da me e mia moglie, per complessivi € 359,70 come da allegata ricevuta, da pagare su conto corrente i cui dati comunicherò a semplice richiesta.Allego ricevuta spese sostenute e boarding pass di entrambi i passeggeri del volo dirottato.Ringrazio per la collaborazione e invio distinti saluti.Aniello Amato e Baldi Rita
