Rimborso spese di trasferimento

Gentilissimi,ricorro alla Vostra assistenza per ottenere il rimborso della somma di Euro 133,23 da parte di Ryanair così come richiesto in data 4 agosto 2023 dal call center e come ribadito il successivo 6 agosto a seguito di richiesta di assistenza telefonica.L’antefatto riguarda il rimborso delle spese sostenute per il trasferimento a seguito dello spostamento del volo dall’aeroporto di Catania- Fontanarossa a quello di Trapani-Birgi a seguito dell’incendio del terminal avvenuto in data 16 luglio.In data 4 agosto venivo informato che il volo programmato per il giorno successivo 5 agosto delle ore 19.55 (n° volo FR6650) non sarebbe decollato dall’aeroporto di Catania-Fontanarossa bensì da quello di Trapani-Birgi nel caso avessi voluto annullare e/o spostare il volo venivo informato di contattare il call center.Ho prontamente chiamato il numero Ryanair di Milano (0230560007) e l’addetto del call center mi avvisava che non era previsto un bus-navetta per il trasferimento da Catania a Trapani (diversamente per come era avvenuto per il volo di andata del 29 luglio - Milano-Orio al Serio / Trapani, al cui arrivo trovammo un trasferimento mediante bus navetta che dall’aeroporto di Trapani fino all’aeroporto di Catania) informando che dovevamo provvedere autonomamente pe raggiungere Trapani e che comunque le spese che avessimo sostenuto per detto trasferimento potevano essere richieste a rimborso direttamente alla Ryanair.Pertanto, arrivato a casa, il giorno successivo dopo aver contattato il call center e chiesto assistenza per la compilazione della richiesta di rimborso ho trasmesso alle ore 11.09 la mail con i giustificativi di spesa (penale richiestami dall’autonoleggio per la riconsegna dell’autovettura a Trapani anziché Catania per Euro 73,20 e scontrino per il rifornimento di carburante per Euro 60,03) per un totale di complessivi Euro 133,23 (All.to 1) indicando come beneficiario del rimborso il codice IBAN del utente che aveva provveduto all’acquisto del biglietto aereo.Alle ore 12.09 ricevevo la comunicazione che la mia richiesta era stata ricevuta con il relativo numero di riferimento (38579092) – All.to 2, e alle 13.44 un’ulteriore comunicazione (All.to 3) dove mi venivano elencate una serie di opzioni che non rispecchiavano comunque quanto a me accaduto pertanto, il successivo 10 agosto comunicavo nuovamente il motivo della richiesta di rimborso (All.to 4) non ricevendo, ad oggi, più nulla.Rimango pertanto in attesa di un Vostro intervento e cordialmente saluto.Raffaello MostardaCiliverghe di Mazzano 30 settembre 2023
