RIMBORSO SPESE SPOSTAMENTO AEROPORTO

Spett. Ryanair, il presente reclamo fa riferimento alle prenotazioni G9RG4L e UHJFPW di cui sono titolari mia figlia Magnani Eleonora e Rondoni Alessia. Le prenotazioni originariamente prevedevano come volo di rientro Catania - Bologna con volo FR3891 del 30\07\2023 che, a causa dell'incendio all'aeroporto di Catania, è stato dirottato su Trapani. Il giorno prima del rientro, il 29\07\2023, hanno ricevuto un sms e una email consigliando di recarsi autonomamente all'aeroporto di Trapani, per poi richiedere il rimborso spese tramite il link onlineform.ryanair.com/gb/en/eu-261 . Dopo il rientro, hanno provato ad utilizzare il link per il rimborso, ma a tutt'oggi senza riuscirci, perché non presente l'opzione rimborso spese o volo dirottato. Inoltre, non è possibile contattare la compagnia aerea in nessun modo (telefonicamente, mail) in quanto non è possibile confrontarsi con nessuno. Il rimborso spese richiesto è il seguente:- 75,01€ riconsegna auto noleggiata all'aeroporto di Palermo Falcone e Borsellino, invece che all'aeroporto di Catania Fontanarossa, in quanto la compagnia Noleggiare non ha sede a Trapani- 48,06€ carburante da Catania a Palermo per auto- 130€ taxi dall'aeroporto di Palermo Falcone e Borsellino all'aeroporto di Trapani BirgiNaturalmente possiamo fornire tutte le ricevute dei pagamenti sopra descritti.Fiduciosi della vostra comprensione e di un vostro rapido riscontro, rimaniamo a disposizione per i successivi passaggi.cordiali saluti,Magnani Gian Luca
