rimborso spese volo dirottato

Spett. ryanair, Sono titolare del biglietto per il volo del 22/07/2023 da Venezia a Catania. Il giorno prima della partenza mi è arrivato un messaggio da parte di Ryanair che mi informava che la destinazione del volo mio e della mia compagna era stata spostata da Catania a Trapani. Noi avevamo già dei nostri amici che ci ospitavano a Catania quindi di conseguenza abbiamo dovuto noleggiare un'auto a nostre spese. Inoltre il giorno prima del viaggio di ritorno che era il 25/07/2023 un nuovo messagio di Ryanir ci informava che il nostro volo non sarebbe più partita da Catania come avevamo prenotato, ma bensi da Trapani, con il nuovo disagio di dover ritornare a Trapani.Spese noleggio auto: euro 359,51Spese carburante auto: euro 140 Con la presente richiedo pertanto il risarcimento di tutti i danni subiti, da stimarsi complessivamente in euro 500. Vi invito a corrispondermi quanto prima tale somma tramite riaccredito sul mezzo di pagamento utilizzato per il pagamento. In mancanza di un riscontro entro 15 giorni dal ricevimento della presente, mi riservo di adire le vie legali a tutela dei miei diritti. In fede, Zanchin Massimo
