I voli sono stati cancellati dalla compagnia aerea stessa in data
18/11/2023.
Da quel giorno ad oggi, 06/05/24, avete continuamente risposto ai miei solleciti per il rimborso dicendo che la compagnia aerea doveva effettuare il risarcimento a voi e poi voi avreste proceduto con il rimborso a noi.
Dopo mesi di bugie e risposte alle mie mail praticamente sempre uguali, la stessa compagnia aerea mi ha assicurato che il rimborso è stato effettuato addirittura in data 19 NOVEMBRE 2023, inoltrandomi screenshot del rimborso.
A questa ennesima mail inviatavi, avete comunque risposto sempre nello stesso modo, che ci vuol tempo e che la nostra pratica è aperta. Sono passati 8 mesi.
Io sono allibito dalle bugie e da questo comportamento ILLEGALE e vergognoso della vostra agenzia.
Pretendo un rimborso immediato.
Diffidate dall'agenzia, non acquistate MAI biglietti tramite il loro canale.

I made an order with order number BIT-4748406 on August 24, 2023, for 4 round-trip tickets to Hamman, Jordan, with Royal Jordanian Airlines.
The flights were cancelled by the airline itself on November 18, 2023. Since that day until today, May 6, 2024, you have continuously responded to my requests for a refund by saying that the airline had to compensate you and then you would proceed with the refund to us.
After months of lies and almost identical responses to my emails, the airline itself assured me that the refund was actually processed on November 19, 2023, forwarding me screenshots of the refund.
Despite this latest email sent to you, you have still responded in the same manner, stating that it takes time and that our case is open. It has been 8 months.
I am appalled by the lies and this ILLEGAL and shameful behavior from your agency.
I demand an immediate refund.
Beware of this agency, never purchase tickets through their channel.
