Spett. RYANAIR Ho comprato un biglietto aereo per il volo Volo FR9341 con partenza 11.55 da Pisa direzione Siviglia. La data del volo è 24.11.2023 e la prenotazione è la DNK3MH. Oggi 29.9.2023 ho ricevuto email da Ryanair informandomi che l'orario di partenza del volo è cambiato il nuovo orario di partenza è 16,20. Tale ritardo, non giustificato da circostanze eccezionali, mi ha causato notevoli disagi: non poter usufruire della visita guidata della Cattedrale di Siviglia con la conseguente perdita dell'importo. Non poter vedere mio familiare che dovrà partire prima che possa arrivare a Siviglia. Con la presente richiedo pertanto la corresponsione dell’indennizzo previsto ai sensi dell’art. 7, Reg. UE n.261/04, Vi invito a corrispondermi quanto prima tale somma tramite riaccredito sul mezzo di pagamento utilizzato per la prenotazione. In mancanza di un riscontro entro 15 giorni dal ricevimento della presente, mi riservo di adire le vie legali a tutela dei miei diritti. This information is contained in our agreed Terms and Conditions, on all itineraries and in the frequently asked questions section of our website. We try to minimize flight changes, but occasionally due to airport and air traffic restrictions we may be forced to do so.Please note the following extract from our agreed Conditions of Carriage:ARTICLE 9 - SCHEDULES9.1.1 When we accept your booking, the scheduled flight timings in force at the time will be shown in your booking confirmation or itinerary. The flight timings shown in your booking confirmation or itinerary may change at any time.9.1.2 If we change flight timings, and you gave us an email address or phone number when you made your booking, we will use it to tell you about the change.
