RITARDO SUPERIORE ALLE 3 ORE

Spett. RYANAIRIn data 19.07.2023 mi sono presentato all’aeroporto di MILAN (BERGAMO) in possesso di regolare biglietto per il volo n° N°XEUPWI diretto a LONDON (STANSTED) con la Vostra compagnia. In aeroporto ho appreso dal tabellone delle partenze che tale volo stava accumulando ritardo il personale non è stato in grado di fornire informazioni esaustive né assistenza durante il periodo di attesa. Infine, l'aereo è partito soltanto alle ore 13,15, giungendo a destinazione con un ritardo di circa 4 ORE rispetto all'orario previsto. Tale ritardo, non giustificato da circostanze eccezionali, mi ha causato notevoli disagi. Con la presente richiedo pertanto la corresponsione dell’indennizzo previsto ai sensi dell’art. 7, Reg. UE n.261/04, PARI A EURO 250,00 Vi invito a corrispondermi quanto prima tale somma tramite riaccredito sul mezzo di pagamento INDICATO NEL MODULO DI RECLAMO INVIATO A VOI, IN QUANTO LA PRENOTAZIONE E' STATA FATTA DA TRINITY VIAGGI.
