Mi rivolgo a voi per richiedere il rimborso delle spese sostenute a causa della cancellazione del volo Ryanair FR4775 del 22 novembre 2024, da Salonico-Macedonia a Milano-Orio al Serio-Bergamo, e per il conseguente disguido subito durante il periodo di attesa. In base al regolamento europeo, sono legittimato a richiedere il rimborso di tali spese, come segue:
1. Rimborso delle spese sostenute: A causa del ritardo e della cancellazione del volo, sono stati sostenuti dei costi imprevisti, di cui chiedo il rimborso. Le spese ammontano a 261,97 euro, comprese le spese per cibo, bevande essenziali (senza alcolici o extra), parcheggio e l’estensione dei giga per il roaming. Inoltre, per i due giorni e mezzo aggiuntivi di attesa, sono state sostenute spese per la connessione internet pari a 2,99 euro. Ho allegato la documentazione a supporto delle suddette spese.
La prenotazione a nome di Ioannis Diamantakidis e Alessandro Diamantakidis ha il numero QI9QSB. Alleghiamo la documentazione a supporto di quanto indicato, comprese le ricevute delle spese sostenute.
Rimango in attesa di una risposta celere e di una risoluzione positiva di questa richiesta. In caso contrario, mi riservo il diritto di intraprendere ulteriori azioni per tutelare i miei diritti.

Απευθύνομαι σε εσάς για να ζητήσω την επιστροφή των χρημάτων που ξόδεψα λόγω της ακύρωσης της πτήσης Ryanair FR4775 στις 22 Νοεμβρίου 2024, από Θεσσαλονίκη-Μακεδονία προς Μιλάνο-Οριό αλ Σέριο-Μπέργκαμο, καθώς και για την ταλαιπωρία που υπήρξε κατά τη διάρκεια της αναμονής. Σύμφωνα με τον κανονισμό της ΕΕ, δικαιούμαι να ζητήσω την επιστροφή αυτών των εξόδων και αποζημίωση, όπως αναφέρεται παρακάτω:
1. Επιστροφή των εξόδων που πραγματοποιήθηκαν: Λόγω της καθυστέρησης και της ακύρωσης της πτήσης, υπήρξαν απρόβλεπτα έξοδα, τα οποία ζητώ να επιστραφούν.
