Buongiorno, ho effettuato un acquisto sul sito dell'azienda ( non tramite terzi) di un prodotto da loro pubblicizzato con uno sconto e un ulteriore codice sconto.Dopo il pagamento (effettuato regolarmente) e la mail che mi comunicava il numero di ordine, ho ricevuto una mail che mi informava dell'annullamento del mio ordine, la motivazione è la seguente: Purtroppo la scontistica proposta sul nostro sito è sorta in seguito ad un errore del sistema.Mi sembra una motivazione assurda che esuli dal contratto di acquisto, il prezzo è stato da loro inserito e a quel prezzo ho deciso di acquistare il prodotto, ora mi aspetto di ricevere ciò che ho acquistato.
