We have checked the case and the card you presented, a BUNQ B.V. card was actually a card issued by a virtual bank.
Bunq is considered a virtual bank, also known as a digital or neobank. It operates entirely online without physical branches and offers digital banking services, but it does not provide traditional credit cards.
In this case, we kindly ask that next time you ensure you are aware of the type of card you hold, in order to avoid making a booking with a card that may not be accepted upon collection.
Please note that all relevant details must be checked in advance by reviewing the full terms and conditions of the offer before booking.
To obtain a refund of a prepaid booking you must cancel it before the start of your rental using the links contained in the voucher or through the My Booking section of our website.
As we didn’t receive a cancellation request from you before the pick up time, we aren’t able to offer a refund on this occasion.
