Good morning Temu Legal Team,
I am a Creator/Influencer in the TEMU Influencer Program. On 27 Oct, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of €237 of my earnings via PayPal.
As of today, Oct 31, 2026, almost 96 Hours later, the withdrawal is still "Processing" and the amount has never been credited to my PayPal account. Even temu says Normally completed within 48 Hours.
I have contacted TEMU customer service several times for clarification and a resolution to the issue, but despite numerous reports, I have yet to receive the payment or a concrete explanation for the delay.
Furthermore, because this withdrawal is still being processed, the situation is also creating problems in managing and withdrawing any additional earnings accrued in my account. I therefore ask TEMU to immediately verify the withdrawal of €237 on 27 Oct, 2026, release the transaction, and credit my PayPal account as soon as possible.
I'm attaching the documentation and screenshots demonstrating that the withdrawal is still "Processing." I await concrete feedback and a definitive resolution to the issue.
